For the past year, I have been a regular customer of the Brandon Rent King.  I can not say enough wonderful things about the service that I have received and the employees that I have worked with.

I started using Rent King when we had relatives come to visit.  I did not have enough beds to accommodate everyone who was visiting.  I went into the Brandon Rent King and asked them what they had and if they could help me out.  They gave me several options for sizes of beds, comfort (pillow-top, etc) and price ranges.  I was quite pleased with the prices, quality, and cleanliness.  I have rented from them subsequently every time we have had company come to town - both weekly and monthly rentals.  Living here in Florida, we have had LOTS of company!

From my first visit  the staff took ngreat care of me.  They always greet me by name when I come in the store or call them on the phone.  They seem genuinely happy to see and/or talk to me.   They all have gone out of their way to make sure that I have the size and quantity of beds that I have needed.  Most of the time, they have done this with very short notice from me.  Their professionalism is beyond reproach.  They always have gone the extra mile to coordinate delivery and pick-up schedules to match with my schedule. Every time I talk to them, I feel like I am their priority, number-one and only customer.  Your delivery and pick-up guys are true gentlemen.  They are always on-time (within the pre-arranged time period) and go out of their way to arrange the furniture how I want it.  I have had them set up beds and then changed my mind about where I want them.  They are so cooperative and happily re-arrange them.  They never leave until they know that I am happy with where they are placed.  When they come to pick-up the beds, they have always been very efficient and professional.  They are in and out of my home in record time.  They take care in making sure that there is no damage to my home during pick-ups and delivery.

I can not say enough good things about the employees of the Brandon Rent King.  I feel that they represent Rent King in an extremely professional manner and are an excellent asset to your company.  I have recommended them to friends and would do so again.  I look forward to working with them and your company in the future.
